Lesellene (Les) DeLoach, CSP
Sales Manager/Realtor
Ask Les and she'll tell you how blessed she is to have several successful
professions in her lifetime. From Territorial Sales Manager with an Indiana
medical company, to Recruiter for a national firm, to onsite sales executive
for new home construction, now a part of the North Point Realty as Sales Manager
of River Oaks Luxury Villas in Richmond Hill, Georgia.
A Savannah native, Lesellene began her real estate career with a local builder
of single family homes in the Savannah area. Finding another niche, she became
licensed as a Realtor@ in 2007 complimenting her real estate profession with the
CSP, Certified Sales Professional, certification.
With over $7,500,000 sales in 2006 and $6,450,000 in 2007, Les received
Salesperson of the Month by her developer several times in these two years.
Other recognitions include HBA Onsite Builders Agent in July of 2006, and July
and August 2007. Closing out 2006 sales, Les received the tri-county Gold Summit
Circle award for 3rd. place for her sales of over $7,500,000 and the SMC Summit
Award for sales over $5,000,000. At the 2007 SMC Summit Awards banquet for 2007,
Les received an award for total sales over $6,000,000.
Les can be found Tuesday-Saturday in River Oaks showing the river villas on the
Ogeechee and the private nature villas. This community reflects the small town
atmosphere created by the quaint community of Richmond Hill. The gated community
offers amenities starting with the Ogeechee River….incredible pool, surrounded

Lindi Rogers
Assistant New Homes Sales Executive
Lindi is a native of Jesup, GA and comes to River Oaks most recently from
Jacksonville, FL. While in Jacksonville, Lindi worked for two years as a leasing
agent and assistant property manager for Horizon Realty Management. Lindi plans
to obtain her GA real estate license in January 2008. Lindi is a great asset to
the River Oaks team and looks forward to helping clients with all their real
estate needs.

David Newlin
River Oaks Fishing Captain
Captain David Newlin was born on the Georgia coast and has lived in Richmond Hill
his entire life. David has had his captain’s license for 28 years and has made a
living in the charter fishing business for over 25 years. He specializes in
bottom fishing for snapper, grouper, sea bass and amberjack. Over the span of
his career, David has been on 4000 trips in which many clients have caught
record winning fish. David himself has been the winner of many top area fishing
tournaments. Fishing with David is an experience the River Oaks homeowners will
cherish for a lifetime!
